Any well known car leather conditioner should do the job, I know Autoglym have a new Leather Balm out now.

Depends on how often you use the car, and in warmer weather the leather should be conditioned more often than in cold. Maybe every 2-3 months.

I never use a conditioner. Leather doesn't need it and conditioners only weakens the colour top-coat. Any temporary moisturising is as easily gained by a good cleaner.

Think about it... do you actually see the leather or the topcoat? Most conditioners are just dressing and fragrance in a water-based emulsion and most of it doesn't get through the topcoat.
